Hello Friends!
I've been wanting to start my own blog for several years now, and I have finally decided to just go for it. As many of you know, I have successfully turned my life around and finally have the happiness I've always wanted (and deserved!)
The main reason I have decided to start up this blog is to journal my foray into fitness. The past few months I have dedicated myself to become healthier, happier and to lose those last stubborn pounds. I have immersed myself into the wonderful world of Beach Body (I know, I know) but these programs really work! I am well into my fifth week of Shaun T's Insanity program, and I have already lost 10 pounds and 15 inches off my body overall. It's tough, but with Danny doing the program to push me along, all my hard work is really paying off. I'm hoping to really tone up and the turn around and help others to do the same. Once I reach my desired goal of 125, I plan on pursing the idea of becoming a personal trainer ;) I mean I know if I could do this, there is no way others could not have the same success I am having.
So thanks for reading this, and I hope you follow my journey and maybe it will inspire you to do the same.

I would recommend the ACSM's 'Resources for the Personal Trainer', 'ACSM's Certification Review', and 'ACSM's Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription'. That's what the required materials for the course they were providing on base back when I took it.
